Staff performed every aspect of care with compassion empathy and respect ,which was immensely reassuring to me I’m partially disabled.They arranged for me to attend outpatient cancer and orthopaedic appointments elsewhere, including a pre requisite ongoing blood test Many thanks to all staff at Upton

It was easy to book an appointment online for the same day. I was greeted with a friendly welcome upon arrival. Information about the appointment and how to carry out taking of samples was clear. The adviser was efficient, friendly, helpful and informative. Overall, my visit was a really good experience. I didn't have to wait to be seen. My attendance in the Garden Clinic was less than half an hour. My test results have been texted to me within 3 working days.

One of the toilet cubicles has an ill-fitted door or a missing door frame, as you can clearly see into and out of the cubicle!
